We’re excited to announce that DeHealth, a dApp for managing and monetizing anonymized medical data, has integrated Chainlink Keepers and Chainlink Price Feeds on BNB Chain mainnet. Chainlink Keepers are used to securely and cost-efficiently automate the distribution of rewards received after DeHealth facilitates the sale of anonymized medical data. Chainlink Price Feeds are used to convert the value of native token rewards into different fiat currencies which are displayed to end-users in our dApp’s frontend.

DHLT Network includes a decentralized storage solution for medical data and digital assets, a data protocol, and an incentive layer. The goal of the DHLT protocol is to digitize and secure global medical data for everyone. The storage repository receives daily updates to an individual’s clinical, medical, and personal data which is then anonymized, structured, and distributed throughout the network. DHLT network is at the center of an ecosystem where the data circulates between stakeholders. Data owners can upload and register their data in data pools and a DeHealth ID is used to associate the data with the data owner.

DHLT Network is a private EVM-based blockchain that uses the proof-of-authority (PoA) consensus algorithm. DHLT Network aims to become blockchain agnostic and will be open for developers to develop decentralized MedFi and healthcare applications. DeHealth aims to become a developer tool specifically designed for the management of medical data.

Securely Automating the Income Distribution Process With Chainlink Keepers

The Chainlink Keeper network is a decentralized service purpose-built to manage tasks on behalf of smart contracts. We decided to decentralize DHLT Network’s reward distribution functions using the Chainlink Keeper networks because it is operated by the same pool of time-tested, provably reliable node operators that currently help secure tens of billions of dollars in DeFi, even during record levels of network congestion and extreme volatility. The proven infrastructure of Chainlink helps ensure that every request to calculate and distribute rewards from selected node operators directly to DeHealth’s smart contract is executed on-time in a trust-minimized manner, giving users additional guarantees that it will function exactly as intended.

Some of the notable features of Chainlink Keepers include:

  • Decentralized Execution — Chainlink Keepers provide reliable, trust-minimized automation with no single point of failure, mitigating risks around manual processes and centralized servers.
  • Increased Efficiency — Projects that use Chainlink Keepers are able to reduce time spent on DevOps, minimize operational overhead, and streamline development workflows.
  • Enhanced Security — Tamper-proof, Sybil-resistant Chainlink Keepers sign on-chain transactions themselves, enabling automated smart contract execution without exposing private keys. Developers are able to schedule time-based automation jobs in seconds using the no-code UI.
  • Easy-to-use — Developers are able to schedule time-based automation jobs in seconds using the Chainlink Keepers Job Scheduler's no-code UI.

Performing Accurate Currency Conversions With Chainlink Price Feeds

To incentivize users to contribute and update their medical data, users can receive rewards in the form of DHLT tokens—DeHealth’s native token. By leveraging Chainlink Price Feeds, we are able to show users the total value of their rewards in their preferred fiat currency. Rewards are distributed based on revenue generated from data purchases. Data consumers can purchase anonymized medical data with DHLT tokens and Chainlink Price Feeds are also used to display accurate prices in fiat currencies.

We chose to integrate the industry-leading Chainlink Price Feeds because they provide:

  • High-Quality Data — Chainlink Price Feeds source data from numerous premium data aggregators, leading to price data that’s aggregated from hundreds of exchanges, weighted by volume, and cleaned from outliers and suspicious volumes. Chainlink’s data aggregation model generates more precise global market prices that are resistant to API downtime, flash crash outliers, and data manipulation attacks like flash loans.
  • Secure Node Operators — Chainlink Price Feeds are secured by independent, Sybil-resistant oracle nodes run by leading blockchain DevOps teams, data providers, and traditional enterprises with a strong track record for reliability, even during high gas prices and extreme network congestion.
  • Decentralized Network — Chainlink Price Feeds are decentralized at the data source, oracle node, and oracle network levels, generating strong protections against downtime and tampering by the data provider or the oracle network.
  • Transparency — Chainlink provides a robust reputation framework and set of on-chain monitoring tools that allow users to independently verify the historical performance of node operators and oracle networks, as well as check the real-time prices being offered.

“Chainlink is one of several key technologies that are helping to facilitate the decentralization of healthcare. DeHealth’s Chainlink integrations help us to accelerate our progress towards becoming a standard in data collection, processing, storing, and monetization. We believe that Chainlink services will likely help to speed up the development of privacy-first MedFi — an emerging sector which DeHealth aims to lead.” — stated Denys Tsvaig, DeHealth Co-Founder and CEO.

About Chainlink

Chainlink is the industry standard for building, accessing, and selling oracle services needed to power hybrid smart contracts on any blockchain. Chainlink oracle networks provide smart contracts with a way to reliably connect to any external API and leverage secure off-chain computations for enabling feature-rich applications. Chainlink currently secures tens of billions of dollars across DeFi, insurance, gaming, and other major industries, and offers global enterprises and leading data providers a universal gateway to all blockchains.

About DeHealth

DeHealth is a brand and international group of companies with HQ in the UK and R&D centers in Israel, Ukraine, the USA, and New Zealand.

DeHealth's mission is to make healthcare more efficient by building a Web3 platform for medical data, and to provide equal access to healthcare for all people, regardless of country and income level.

Thus a DeHealth App - AI & Medical Data-Based Mobile App was developed. It is a decentralized application (dApp) that allows users to securely and autonomously store their medical data in one storage, share, manage and even monetize it using the DHLT token, supporting their health while selling their anonymized data.

After the DeHealth App test release on August 31, 2022 already 55,000+ individuals became dApp’s users.

The international active social media community counts 160,000+ active members and is growing.

Among DeHealth’s partners: Hacken (security), Cyber police, BitMart, Ministry of Health, CyberFi, Scaleswap, DAO Starter, ACY Finance, International Chamber of Commerce, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Ambisafe, Draper University, InnMind, Stratex, Global Age management Academy, National Cybersecurity Association, The US Department of State’s Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST), etc.
